Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. To ensure we can best serve our clients, please read the policies below.
All clients will be required to input a credit card in order to book appointments. Your card will NOT be charged unless you no show your appointment or cancel after the 24 hour notice window.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 late cancellation charge.
If you do not show up to your appointment and do not call or email to let us know you cannot make it, you will be charged the full price of your service.
*This not only wastes our time, but takes the spot of another client waiting to get in.
